What about the use of antibiotics, pesticides, herbicides, manure (from traditional chicken houses or from organic houses)?
we do not use any "ASH" ( antiboitics, steroids, hormones)in our animals. we will treat a sick animal as needed but that has only happened once in 2 years. we do not use any sprays on our fields or manures from outside our farm.
Jordan, just wanted to say I'm glad to see another beef producer/rancher family such as mine. 100% grass-fed, no A.S.H. and completely pastured.
We've taken on the task and enjoyment of running our ranch as it was run for the last 100 years, with a 20-year stoppage after my Grandfather passed. We're not as varied as you due to our climate but you guys seem to be doing an excellent job of producing an invaluable market!
